Child Safety Standards

TribeRide is live, and we keep improving it. Priced-gathering value flow is modeled, but payment execution, provider setup, settlement, refund handling, and payout remain switched off. The policies linked from this page are the versions in effect.

TribeRide's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and how to report a concern. You can read this page without signing in.

Zero tolerance

TribeRide has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — no content and no behavior of that kind is permitted anywhere on the service. TribeRide is an 18+ service: accounts are for adults only, and the service is not directed at children.

Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited everywhere on TribeRide — in profiles, gatherings, messages, and anything uploaded, linked, or described:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — uploaded, linked, or described.
  • Grooming — initiating or building contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Sextortion — coercing or blackmailing a minor with sexual images or threats.
  • Trafficking of a minor, or any other sexual exploitation of a minor.

A violation results in an immediate account ban and removal of the offending content. There is no warning step for CSAE.

Report inside the app

You can report any person or gathering from inside the product: use the in-app safety report in My hub to file an incident for operator review, and use the block tools to cut contact with a member immediately.

Report outside the app

You can also reach the operator directly by email — with or without an account. Reports are reviewed promptly by the operator. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first.

Child-safety point of contact: support@triberide.online

This mailbox is the designated child-safety point of contact at Bladeback Inc, the operator of TribeRide.

Law enforcement cooperation

TribeRide complies with applicable child safety laws. Apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional or national authorities as required by law, and the operator cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement.

How enforcement works here

Honest capability boundary: TribeRide's child-safety process is report intake (in-app and by email), operator review of each report, account ban and content removal on violation, and referral to NCMEC or other authorities where the law requires it. Images you upload are screened for prohibited content by an automated content-safety service before they are shown to others; report review is operator-run — reports are handled promptly, but this is not an around-the-clock moderation team.
