TribeRide is live, and we keep improving it. Priced-gathering value flow is modeled, but payment execution, provider setup, settlement, refund handling, and payout remain switched off. The policies linked from this page are the versions in effect.

How to delete your TribeRide account and what happens to your data. You can read this page without signing in.

What deleting your account does

Deletion is handled in two stages. First your request is recorded with a receipt; then, once deletion processing is enabled, eligible personal data is removed. Some financial, consent, safety, or other required records may be retained under the applicable retention rules, with the treatment depending on the record class. Deletion is not instant: our team completes it, and the receipt does not confirm completion. Your profile and account access are removed when processing runs.

What is removed

Your account identity, your editable public profile, the gatherings and participations you created, and your room messages are removed when the purge runs. Data that is only derived from those records is recomputed or invalidated once its source is gone. Value records are not on this list; see what is retained.

What is retained

Some records are kept where the law or an open obligation requires it — for example financial and value records, consent records, safety records, and tax, settlement, dispute, or audit records. Depending on the record class they are kept with identity links removed, or kept as they are for the retention period, and are removed or anonymized once that period ends. Concrete retention periods are being finalized with counsel. Retained records are minimized and are not used to rebuild your profile.

How to request deletion

If you can sign in

Open Account settings and use “Request account deletion”. Your request is recorded under the current privacy policy and you receive a receipt reference. You can export a copy of your data first from the same page.

If you cannot sign in

Email an account-deletion request to the operator mailbox below from the address associated with your account. The operator verifies your identity before anything is processed, then handles removal under the same Owner-gated steps. A dedicated public deletion-request address is being finalized before public launch.

Important

This page is informational. It does not delete anything by itself and there is no delete button here — deletion always goes through the recorded request and the Owner-gated purge, so it cannot be triggered by someone who is not you.
